Email attachment was deleted [closed]

I’m a concerned user. I received email from external sender but the attachment was deleted (.exe file). I understand it was by company’s threat policy and exception could be made. Although there are other ways to get it, is it possible for Admins to recover this attachment and sent it to me? Is there any GUI for the whole process? Where to look at? Step-by-step guide would be much appreciated.
