I have a Windows 10 machine running a HTTP server on Port 80. When I am connected to a wired network, or the machine is connected to a WiFi, everybody in the network can access the HTTP server.
If I provide my own hotspot from that windows machine (as described here), the devices connected to that network can not access the server.
I already tried disabling the firewall and everything but without luck. Is there any way that this machine can open up a WiFi, that exposes the HTTP server to the connected devices?
