select a range of cells (D14:G16) and if one is not blank then apply a formula to it

I’m very new to Excel and have been trying different formulas but none have worked to do the following:
I have a Laser measurer reading in distances to each cell, depending on the angle.
I have a range of cells (D14:G14) I would like to search to see if any have data. If one has data (and only one will have data in this range!) I’d like to apply the formula =INT(F10/12)&”‘ “&MOD(F10,12)&””””
to change it into feet and inches. This formula currently works but I have to know the cell number (in this example F10) which I don’t know in advance.
