Highlight Additional Rows [migrated]

I am setting up a Google Spreadsheet to document data for clients and I want it if a certain cell meets a certain criteria it will highlight 4 additional cells after that regardless of their values. So the rule is if LH >=7.5 and % change >200 LH% or >250 LH2%; basically when these conditions are met, I want to highlight 4 additional days after:
