How can I batch compress all of my audio files while retaining folder structure and filetype? [closed]

I have way over 100GB worth of music ranging in different file types such as mp3, m4a and FLAC. I would like to compress them all and copy them over to another folder, but I want them to retain the relative folder structure from the source that I selected. Furthermore, I want to leave the (original) source files untouched, so I can store them elsewhere safely. I don’t want to convert the files to another type either, just compression.

Does anyone know if this is possible, and which tool is capable of doing this? I’m using Windows 10. Command line tools are fine too.

I’ve found some posts about this, but they’re all like 10 years old with only one answer to outdated software.
