How can I find and delete a calendar automation event that is not on the calendar?

On a Mac Mini (2014) I have many calendar events (on a calendar that is only on that computer) that open streaming music – either Music or Spotify – throughout the day and send the audio to wireless speakers throughout my house. It worked beautifully until I upgraded to Monterey.

There were originally several problems but the one that remains is a stream that starts playing at midnight after I’m already asleep. There is no way to delete it as there is nothing on the calendar at that time!

Research I’ve done: Google (my usual support). Posted the question on Reddit and Apple Communities with absolutely no response. Messaged Apple support. They’ve been nice and we’ve worked on it several times.

Steps I’ve taken: Cleared the calendar cache. Reinstalled Monterey several times. (This was Apple support’s idea). Updated Monterey. Deleted the whole calendar, cleared the calendar cache, and constructed a new calendar. Looked at the console messages and seen it still firing off at midnight.

Yeah, after all that. It’s still going off. Does anyone have an idea how to delete something that is invisible?

I’d love to be able to sleep through the night. I’ve been working on this for weeks. Thanks.
