I have a desktop app (Stickies) and a widget (a custom Rainmeter “skin” that pulls current rain forecasts from a website) that I’d like to remain attached to my desktop whenever I switch to it, either when clicking the ‘Show Desktop’ button on the right side of my taskbar (the default location, I believe) or when pressing Win+D .
I have PowerToys installed, so my current partial workaround is to have an empty Stickies note on top of other windows using PowerToys’ ‘Always On Top’ functionality, but much of the time that’s just annoying.
Is there some way to keep apps that are supposed to be on my desktop actually stick to my desktop?
