Recently, I’ve started getting popup alerts warning me that a file is in use:
“Another program is currently using this file.”
It purports to come from Microsoft’s Your Phone/Phone Link app, which I’ve never used and would uninstall if it wasn’t baked into the operating system.
I’m not doing anything in particular when these popups show; I notice them usually when I wake my computer from hibernating so I have no idea what background process or program is triggering this.
Is there a way to figure out what app is trying to access Your Phone/Phone Link? I didn’t see anything unusual in Task Manager.
