How do I access an email server that has been blocked by the US?

I have an email account provided by: https://www.autistici.org/services/mail.

Starting a few days ago I have been unable to access the service, probably due to it being blocked by the US.

How do I regain access to my account?

I need to do so because I use this account for 2FA and will need access to confirm changes if I decide to move to another email provider for this purpose.
