How do I mute a user during a Teams meeting just for myself?

Sometimes I’ll be on a Microsoft Teams meeting alongside a co-worker who sits next to me. This results in me hearing that co-worker twice at the same time: Once in real life and once in the meeting.

When I right click the user during a Teams meeting there is a “Mute participant” option, but it mutes them for everyone in the call. How can I mute audio from a specific user, but only for myself?
