How do I stop the fast increase of my HDD’s load/unload cycle count?

This is my media drive. For some reason, the load/unload cycle is too high, even though the HDD is old and my PC is always on and only turns off for updates, I only access the drive at most a dozen times per day, either from my PC or phone using Jellyfin. Windows is on my SSD, so I don’t see what is causing this high number that is close to 800,000. In almost an hour it increased by 27 even though I didn’t access the drive at all.
