How to change column widths to the same size in Word?

I have a 150+ page document with ~100 tables. I want to change most of them so the column sizes are the exact same without touching the other tables that are already good. I’ve seen the method for changing all tables at once, but I only want to apply the column width changes to most, not all tables in my document. Is there a macro for that, or some way to copy/paste table dimensions onto other tables?
