How to fix CMD on Windows 11 taskbar?

I’d like to create a shortcut to CMD on my Windows 11 taskbar. So this is what i did :

1 - Click on Win+R and type CMD, press enter.
2 - CMD is open, so i right click on it on taskbar and click on Fix
3 - A shortcut is fixed, but when i click on it, it opens Windows Powershell instead of CMD.EXE :

How can i achieve this simple task ?
