How to link specific text from Word to specific cells in Excel

I am currently trying to link my service offerings which are in word with my client bills which are in excel.

I want to link specific text (such as name, address, terms of office,…) to specific cells in different sheets in excel.

I tried to copy the text in the word document and paste it with the “paste link > Microsoft Word Document Object” option. It is a long process due to the fact that the word document and the excel worksheet isn’t built the same.

Is there a faster way to link simultaneously those documents together?
