How to make ISO-8601 date use explicit offset instead of timezone acronym?

/etc/locale.conf:

LANG=en_GB.UTF-8
LC_TIME=en_DK.UTF-8

Output of $ date: 2026-05-07T19:04:58 CEST

Expected output: same as $ date --iso-8601=s: 2026-05-07T19:04:58+02:00
