howto use Plyr in Magento 2?

I want to create a custom extension that shows a video on the frontend product page, in custom TAB,
for that, I have created a custom extension,
now I need to use this Plyr, Plyr

so how can I add in the Custom extension?
like its JS and CSS or HTML content,
for that, I have created an XML file catalog_product_view.xml file
and call video.phtml file,

but I don’t get exactly result that shows on above Play link that I have added,

please provide me some suggestion on this.
