When logging into my Magento Admin site I was directed to change my Password. While trying to change the password I have been locked out of the Admin site. Every time I try to login Magento locks me out due to incorrect password. When I click the link to change my password I get the error message that “We’re unable to send the password reset email.” I have contacted Adobe and they are unable to find my account. It is impossible to find a contact for Magento. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. I am not a web designer and have very little experience in web design.
