Has anyone managed to integrate Active directory and Rhel IdM? I read that idm uses active synchronization to integrate user data stored in an Active Directory domain and the user data stored in the IdM domain.
But I also found out that The capability to sync Active Directory and IdM domains is inherent when an IdM server is first installed. But at the moment I have an existing Active directory infrastructure running. Please let me know if anyone has gone through this process already. And if there’s any recommendations you might have
On RHEL8 it appears that openldap-servers has been deprecated and redhat suggests using Red Hat Directory Server or Identity Management
