Active Agents can be deployed across the site, but each with its own rules of customer engagement, which are called a Trigger. These “triggers” are easy to set, and targetable to a range of conditions. Each offer the Agent makes to a shopper, or interaction it has with a visitor, is recorded. Messages and alerts are shown in the form of the side tab widget, with an optional automated chat feature. Real-time reporting provides the first real-time opportunity to establish customer intent and interest.
Active agents can offer timely messaging that will coax shoppers to buy, with features like:
- Engagement tools called Triggers, that monitor shoppers proactively,
- Virtual agent side-tab widget, that shows up to present shoppers with important messages or virtual live chat,
- Reporting tools, that provide key performance indicators, like usage, conversions, CTR and ROI.
