Internet connection issue connected thru ethernet

So my Pc will just randomly act like its not connected to the internet. I will be streaming playing a game and then if i was to change the game it acts like i am not connected to the internet but i am still streaming and it says im still connected in the bottom right of my PC. The chat can hear and see my stream but its like i have no internet connection. If i was to open another web page lets say Gmail it will say connection error. Also if i was to view other streamers who are streaming at that time it just says OFLINE on their stream to me. but i do not get kicked from the game like i would normally if my pc disconnects from the internet, nor does my stream end. Then i have to restart my PC and it will be fine again for a little while. then it will do it again. i haven’t messed with it too much cause im not sure what im doing and dont want to mess it up even more. If anyone has any ideas what to do i would greatly appreciate the help! its also connected by ethernet as well so its not WIFI.
