Is there a windows 10 app that does real time face beautification? [closed]

I’m looking for an app that I can use with OBS on windows that can do real time AR camera effects like making the face skinnier or eyes bigger. I’ve tried manycam and camlink, they have similar effects but not the ones I’m looking for, nor do they provide an environment to code my own filter.
