M.2 nvme not performing as expected

I have a X11Dai-N mainboard, which has one M.2 port with 4 dedicated pci-e lanes.

I installed a 512gb Transcend 110S M.2 SSD.

Accoring to specs it should do 160,000/140,000 IOPS 4k random read/write, however, I reach with CristalMark only about 5,800/7,700 IOPS, which is like thirty times worse than the specs.

What can I do to trace down the source of the problem?
