I am experiencing an issue with the UPS module for Magento2 (2.3). Shipping rates are being calculated but surcharges are not being calculated or applied. I have reached out to UPS and their response was that “surcharges are included within the total transportation charge in the rate response.”
Has anyone had any similar issues? I am looking for a resolution.
