Moving file location to seperate drive

I have two hard drives, and one of them used to run Ubuntu. I have since removed Ubuntu from my second drive and have unified with my main one.

I wanted to put both drives into one partition but have since found that doesn’t work, and now want to move most of my files to the other drive. The files that I want to move over though are files for programs such as Steam, Firefox, and my python IDE and just copying them over does not work.

Is there any way to move these over to my other drive and have them still work?
