My Windows 10 20H2 have issues with my ip adress and location is public and others can see it. Speed tests show my ip number and my town every time [closed]

Is there something wrong with my PC.? Change between privat and public on the network settings dont help, like wise with changing the physical network adapter MAC.
What could it be and how to get it fixed. Its Realtek PCI Family Ethernet drivers and D-Link router. Hope someone can tell me something.
