Navigation menu not showing in Product details page in Admin area of Magento 2

In my Magento 2.3.3 the navigation menu is not showing in the product details page (the menu should appear in the red rectangle area of the image), however all links are functional and it’s possible to save the product.

I disabled the browser cache, also checked if all files are loaded (no 404 errors), besides there are not errors in the JS debugger.

Any idea on how to show this menu?
