Re. Office 365, how do I delete my name from the blue title bar of a Word document, AS WELL AS the pink circle next to it that has my initials in it

I’m Using MSWord, Office 365. In order to maintain anonymity, how do I delete my name from the blue title bar at the top right of any word document, as well as the pink circle next to it that has my initials in the middle of it – if that’s even possible? Thank you for your time and assistance.
