New build house, electricians have installed Cat6 cable with Cat 5e wall plates / patch panel, should I be concerned?

I’m about to move into a brand new house into which I’ve had a lot of custom wiring added. There are two Cat 6 cables running to each major room, all coming back to a 24-way patch panel in a small store room.

The thing is, although I specified cat 6 cable, cat 6 patch panel, cat 6 wall plates, the installers have used cat 6 cable with a cat 5e patch panel and cat 5e wall plates.

My questions is, should I be concerned, is this going to limit me in the future? None of the cable runs will be more than 100 feet. I did though for reasons of future proofing expect Cat 6 terminations but maybe I have nothing to worry about? Will the current setup support the full benefits of Cat 6 in the future, will I get 10 gigabit speeds as it is?

If there’s not going to be any impact on top speed I’ll leave it as it is, but if this could have a negative impact on top speeds then I’ll need to have them changed.

Thanks for your help,

Andy
