Today, this randomly started happening whenever I try to open a txt file. Attempting to open any txt file would give the error (-2143322111), and attempting to open notepad directly would give me this “check your account” error. In recent days, there was a windows update I was ignoring, that seems to have automatically installed without my confirmation and broken this?
Edit: and now it is suddenly working again? Still, what caused this and how can I fix it should it happen again?
