On Word, how do I switch from Japanese to Chinese pinyin as the default phonetic guide text?

I have both Simplified Chinese and Japanese IME installed on Windows 10.

On Word, I would like to add Pinyin as ruby text but it keeps entering Japanese phonetic text as the default reading.

How do I switch it to Chinese Hanyu Pinyin?
