‘ONE’ USB 2.0 faster than USB 3.0 and all other USB 2s in my PC in some cases

So I have a TL-WN823N V2 wifi dongle and my Home internet connection is 100Mbps. My PC is a bit old one and the motherboard is a Gigabyte B85-HD3 rev 2.0 .

The case has 2 physical ports which are connected to the motherboard front IO (USB 2). I also have another 2 Front USB 2.0 (Which I made using an old case’s front IO panel). The motherboard has 4 USB 2 and 2 USB 3 in the back.

The question is when I plug my wifi dongle into the one of the original front USB 2.0 port it works nearly to the speed of my Wifi connection and if I chose any other port it drops down nearly by 4th. Even the other original front port which comes from the same motherboard connection and sitting right next to it or USB 3s gets to the speed. Flashdrives doesn’t seems to have a problem (Kinda… It works faster when in USB 3s). So why is it happening?
