I have been trying to get rid of the option to log in with my Windows Account on the login screen:
By unwisely following advice on the internet I have succeeded in my original purpose but now OneDrive won’t run any more. The OneDrive icon in the task bar is greyed and crossed out. Clicking on it produces a window with a button labeled “Re-enter credentials”. Clicking the button results in the error message window, which tells me that OneDrive is blocked by group policy.

I have changed the setting at gpedit>>Computer Configuration>>Windows Settings>>Security Settings>>Local Policies>>Security Options>>Accounts: Block Microsoft Accounts, but none of the options there make the problem go away.

I have also made a change at Settings>>Accounts>>Email & accounts>>(my Microsoft account)>>Sign in options; here also none of the options make the problem go away.
