Rural ADSL2+, old POTS pedestal, RFI from mass of abandoned POTS wires? [closed]

The circumstances are rather simple, but researching a resolution has been an exercise in search engine v2023 uselessness.

Semi-rural ADSL2+ buried line service. Slow but stable.
The buried service line is Cat6, broadband 18/1 service, from my NID to the ancient telco pedestal.

ATT has abandoned all copper infrastructure in my area, except to —minimally— support lengthy, uninterrupted billpayers.

I am the sole customer connected to the otherwise-abandoned pedestal full of old, unterminated, oxidized tangles of POTS wiring, circa 1970-1990.

Does this mass of loose, unterminated, delaminated POTS wiring that exists alongside my discrete ADSL2+ service, be creating “untraceable” source of RFI S/N attenuating my signal?
