Is there a Linux distro that ignores NTFS Permissions?

I’m in the process of backing up old files from an HDD that came from a broken PC, however, I keep running into permission problems where I can’t cut a certain file or folder because it’s read-only.

I’m using Ubuntu 24.04 LTS as live USB for this process.

It seems I can set the permissions manually but for folders that contain thousands of files, this takes a long time.

I was wondering if there’s a Linux distro that straight up just ignores these and lets me cut and delete the files freely without restrictions.
