I have a Sonos Arc connected to a Samsung QN90A using an eArc port, When I play any movie on Netflix with Dolby Atmos it works just fine, so supposedly the settings are right.
So I’m trying to play john wick with Dolby AtmosTrue HD 7.1 on a Samsung QN90A using a USB for some reason the player writes that the audio file is not supported, The movie is in MKV format, checked for the audio codec using MKVToolNix it shows as TrueHD Atmos 7.1, as far as I read the TV is supposed to support the TrueHD Atmos 7.1, could it be something in the settings that I didn’t change or do ?
