startup issue after executing chmod on linux

i’m new to linux. I executed a chmod command to get read and write permitions to the root system. But now my laptop does not startup. When I turn on my laptop, It shows these errors and after that it freez on blank screen:

Is there anyway to fix it?
I executed this command:

chmod =rwx,g+s /
