System (ntoskrnl) in Windows 10 starts loading a laptop CPU after several minutes of idling

My laptop (almost new ASUS on Ryzen 7 5700U) is being loaded by ntoskrnl.exe after 3-5 minutes of idle stay. It is, hovewer, not the case in Safe Mode. I updated all drivers, switched off unnecessary things like Search service etc. but nothing helped. After that I tried to use Process Monitor for that. I do not understand that much of its logs, so the snapshot of it from the minute when the system is already 15-20% loaded is enclosed. What can cause the problem?
