SystemSettings.exe application hanged while driver download was happening and it didn’t install

I was downloading a Dell Monitor Display Driver and the following error took place:

Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application:

The program SystemSettings.exe version 10.0.19041.1081 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

If I enter to the devmgmt.msc I can’t find this driver on Display Adapters nor in any other tab. May a restart help me here?
