I have run sysprep on a Windows 11 24H2 device.
The next time it boots, it gets to “Just a moment…” and hangs. The only way out of this is a cold reboot of the computer.
The next time it boots after this, I get just a black screen with a message in the middle saying “The user name or password is incorrect” with an OK button.
If I press OK, the screen just goes black, with no further activity or response.
Any idea what is going on here? What user name or password is it referring to? I haven’t typed in any… and while the answer file does specify an autologon, the username and password are identical to a LocalAccount that is added also in the answer file.
