Time Machine – Error 11 [migrated]

When I try to back up my time machine I get an error message about two thirds of the way through. I’ve run it on the console and have the below message. enter image description here

Everything I’ve read (I really don’t get this stuff) has said there might be a problematic file, but if you see the picture it looks like the problem is the backup file itself?

If anyone can help I would be so greatful
