Trend analysis on consumption of an item [closed]

i am trying to do a trend analysis on consumption rate of an item. I want to plot graphs on the consumption and also compare it with the suppliers quoted use.

For examples, the supplier has promised 1000 uses for item x but according to our consumption it says we are using 10 items for 7000 uses. How do I plot this?
