I am using an AllWinner H618 Development board running Ubuntu 20.04 Jammy.
Connected to this is a RPi Pico running as a web server on port 80. Using a Chrome browser and http://192.168.0.101/index.html, being the IP address of the web server
I get 192.168.0.101 refused to connect.
I have tried changing (https only mode) to allow http://
If I run sudo netstat -tulpn I get the following
Active Internet connections (only servers)

I cannot see anything listening on port 80. If I run curl -v http://192.168.0.101:80 I get the following
- Trying 192.168.0.101:80…
- connect to 192.168.0.101 port 80 failed: Connection refused
- Failed to connect to 192.168.0.101 port 80 after 32 ms: Connection refused
- Closing connection 0
curl: (7) Failed to connect to 192.168.0.101 port 80 after 32 ms: Connection refused
If I use another computer sitting along side the dev board, on a Chrome browser http://192.168.0.101/index.html
It runs the index page and the rest of a program that resides on the Pico (webserver) connected to the Development board.
