Unexplained Wi-Fi Slowness: Seeking Solutions

My PC’s Wi-Fi is insanely slow, and I can’t figure out why. Other devices in the same room—a laptop with Windows 11 and my phone—work perfectly on the same network. No matter what I do, the Wi-Fi on this PC is consistently terrible, even when I use a modern USB Wi-Fi adapter instead of the built-in one.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Uninstalling and reinstalling the network adapter drivers.

Disabling the built-in adapter and using a USB Wi-Fi adapter.

Changing DNS settings.

Running Command Prompt resets (Winsock reset, IP reset).

Tweaking BIOS settings (like enabling Radio WAN).

Adjusting advanced network adapter options (channel width, power saving, etc.).

Nothing works. Unfortunately, moving the router closer or running an Ethernet cable isn’t an option because of the distance. Any ideas?
