using msi and now have There are no source items with the in stock status and out of stock

I have now configured my msi to the default as the main website product come up and have a couple of sources but when I try and buy product I get two messages 1. There are no source items with the in stock status. #2. This product is out of stock. I am unable to figure why. I have check all simple products connected to the configurable products all are enabled and have 2 for quantity. What should I do?
