Vaimo have kept a close eye on the Finnish eCommerce market for some time. After having successfully established themselves in Sweden and recently entering Norway, Finland was the natural next target on their radar.

Vaimo found two suppliers in the Finnish market, Digital Value Oy and Faarao Oy, that shared Vaimo’s business values and goals. After some negotiations and due diligence between Vaimo, Digital Value and Faarao, “a chord was struck” and a joint-venture was established.
