For some reason even the community edition requires a license to be downloaded. What could cause that to be blocked?
We could not download a license. Please check your network connection or proxy settings
But my internet is fine, proven by being able to login to my Microsoft account with Visual Studio. But apparently downloading the license is entirely different?
I tried disabling Windows Firewall. I don’t have anything else blocking outgoing connections. Google suggested putting something in my hosts file, so I added Microsoft’s IP to my hosts file.
Any other ideas?
