What throttling technology does my ISP uses and how can I bypass it? [closed]

I have an expensive unlimited mobile 4G data plan with my ISP but the problem they are throttling my internet illegaly and there isn’t anything I can do about it (I am from a 3rd world country, authorities didn’t listen to my compalints) except trying to bypass it.

The throttling is kind of weird:

1st Torrent is blocked completely, I imagine they blocked Udp protocol i am not sure

2nd any vpn connection is throttled all the time, my download speed can reach on a normal website 2000kbs but with a vpn it doesn’t go higher then 150kbs

3rd throttle that bother me the most is at peak times from 21:00 till midnight, every website is throttled to the 150kbs except for Youtube ( and any other Google service) and Netflix they work perfectly that when ever I want to know the real speed of my internet I test with downloading something from Youtube

Now I tried multiple things to bypass that throttle but with no success, since all Google servers are not throttled my first idea was to get a server on Google to use it as a VPN !

So I got a Vps from G-cloud ( it works perfectly if I use it as an http proxy) but the VPN protocol is always throttled like I said before, after research I found Shadowsocks so I used it with V2ray-Plugin to mimic HTTP requests but the result is always the same even if I changed the port to 443 so it will look like a HTTPS connection

which got me confused, what technology are they using that can always detect me ?, I mean when I used google servers theoritacly all they can see is an SSL encrypted connection to a Google server
