Where are the ad-block settings in SeaMonkey 2.54 browser?

I’m being “ad-walled” on a number of sites that use Admiral, and I can’t find valid instructions on how to (per domain or otherwise) disable ad blocking in SeaMonkey.

I’m using the current version, I believe that’s 2.54 (I had an update just last night) on Kubuntu 20.04.3 with HWE installed. The affected sites work (albeit with ads still not displayed) in my up-to-date copy of FireFox, but I dislike the Firefox interface (I use SeaMonkey in part because of its familiar look & feel, similar to Netscape Internet Suite from the 1990s).

I’d like to support the affected sites by disabling the ad blocking for Admiral, but I can’t find any settings in SeaMonkey that would affect this. I’ve removed all add-ons related to ad blocking, with no change. I suspect this requires editing the chrome: tags, but I’m reluctant to dig in there without knowing what to look for (rather like editing the Registry in Windows XP).
