Why am I seeing pink lines on the monitor in BIOS and when booting Linux but not on Windows?

These lines appear sometimes when I turn on my PC, I cant replicate it constantly enough to understand what the issue is and I cant wrap my head around it. This bug also affects the monitor OSD but it never happens on Windows.

It sometimes appears when I idle too long into Linux and it starts flickering that same exact pattern then after a while it stays like that, but it also appears on the BIOS and when I turn off and then on the monitor it goes away for a while and then comes back but when I reseat the cable it stays like that. It’s not a cable issue, it can’t be hardware issue especially since it’s too consistent and it magically works on Windows.

It looks like it keeps persisting when I reboot Linux as in I load Linux then restart or shut down. I have to boot into Windows to make this thing go away.

The last thingI remember doing before all this started is that I changed DE from plasma to hyprland and I used noctalia and setup its greeter. Maybe along the way I broke something with plasma and hyprland and they cant draw the screen right but I don’t understand why it stays in the BIOS, I’m using cachyos, I can reinstall cachy but I’d really rather not, I don’t want to setup everything all over again.
