Cell Formats to copy using =A1

I want to copy the cells format/color to other tabs. I am using =A1 to pull the cell into other tabs.
Tab 1 is my master list. I have 11 additional tabs. On Tab 1, each cell is named. On Tab 2 – 12, I reference the cell name on Tab 1 with =A1 etc. This way, you change the first tab and all the others follow. There are a few times when I have a cell colored or bold. I want that to follow as well.
